以某垃圾焚烧发电工程为例，该垃圾焚烧发电工程使用二台日处理量300t/d的往复式机械炉排炉、二台蒸发量为22.6t/h的余热锅炉；配二套尾气处理系统和一台12MW凝汽式汽轮发电机组及其辅助设备。在此项目中，厦门拓控自动化有限公司承担了控制策略和详细的设计、系统集成、软件组态，并开发了专用于垃圾焚烧行业的功能库、人机对话操作界面及用于垃圾焚烧行业的统计报表系统等。经过四年的探索，公司在满足客户需求、保质保量的完成工程项目的基础之上，培养和锻炼了一大批熟悉工艺、并熟练掌握控制系统的工程技术队伍，为后续的项目开拓奠定了技术基础。Here isthe example of garbage Incineration generation plant DCS system.For this project, there are two reciprocating machinery gratefurnaces which can treat garbage 300 tons for each day, twoexhaust-heat boilers which can generate 22.6 tons steam for eachhour, one Condensation type turbine which can generate 12MW power.In this project, we take charge of the system design, systemintegrate, software configuration, programming, developed specialfunction library, frames of HMI and statistics report etc,.We have undergone process of carrying out projectfor four years, so we can do our best in order to meet all kinds ofrequirement from different customer.

This is atypical and advanced processing control system PCS7 with PROFIBUSfield bus. The DCS control system is not only in charge ofprocessing control for whole factory, but also in chargeof adjust of control algorithm according to thechanges of garbage contents in order to ensure the safety ofprocessing and protect from secondary pollution.
